The teachers and leaders at our training centers have years of experience establishing fellowships and working as leadership trainers and motivational speakers. The courses are intensive and classes are held in the local or tribal language. Each session spans between three months and two years.
Apart from studying and attending lectures, much priority is given to personal character building and prayer. Biblical teaching and mentorship are two of the core components of training.
The Sowers Ministry has built and now runs hundreds of training centers across Asia. The goal is that each of the students will gain a vision to preach the Word of God, receive on-the-job training through ongoing prayer and outreach ministry, and can fully prepare for pioneer work.
