Disaster Relief
There are nations in Southeast Asia that are devastated by annual floods, earthquakes, droughts, tsunamis, and cyclones that strike suddenly and without warning. They cause great destruction and despair, threaten people's lives, and destroy their livelihoods.
When relief funds are released, most of it is received by those living in populated cities or large suburbs; aid rarely finds its way into rural and isolated regions of the country. The survivors often struggle to survive the aftermath, or are unable to rebuild their homes and communities.
The Sowers Ministry assists by sending relief teams that distribute nutritious food and clean water, temporary shelters, tents, blankets, warm clothes, and hygiene supplies. Moreover, we provide medical treatment, technical support, and financial assistance to individuals and families in distress. Our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus by helping those who are threatened by such disasters.
